This is a clip for MoeP.A.R.K. We shot it with Henno Luts in january. This is the first time I wasn't behind the camera myself. Camerawork and VFX was done by Henno. Special thanks to everyone involved!

This is the winner of an anti piracy contest arranged by US embassy. This commercial was born in collaboraton with Tallinn University students (Liis Kaselaan, Henri Kruusel, Oskar Väli, Robert Rool). From now on, 26th april 2011, it can be seen on the screens of Forum Cinemas for a year and one can stumble upon it on the web and television.

From the start it was produced as an output for the cinema, therefore we turned more attention on the sound quality. Sound design is made by Germo Grünthal.

This is from Kali's debut album Homewrecker. It entered Eesti Top 7 (17.05) as a newcomer. Project was shot in the stage pit, the same place where Kali's "Rebin Yaa" was shot in 2008. The whole outcome needs a special thanks to the people involved.

TLD simultaneously Tracks the object, Learns its appeareance and Detects it whereever it appears in the video. the result is a real-time tracking that typically improves over time.

Due to its learning abilities, TLD has been advertised under the name Predator. The video below introduces Predator.

TOYOTA IQ FONT PROJECT

That's one creative driving there. Here's the result for Toyota iQ Font. Pretty neat, huh?

The winner of the 2010 Cannes Lions Advertising Festival for branding/corporate identity: Toyota's IQ campaign from Happiness in Brussels, which concocted a clever campaign around the first font developed by a car.

The campaign's goal: "to communicate the unique agility and perfect control of the iQ in a relevant way to a target group of 18-35 year old urban people; to reach the communities that fit the iQ’s core values: design, technology and automotive (and) a concept that can merge these three strong online communities."

The strategy: "To demonstrate its incredible agility, the new Toyota iQ is the first car in the world ever to create an entire font from A to Z."

Just saw political AD from The Reform Party, where chairman asks if Estonia is ready and economy rises on its own. Actually, that's not important but what is important is how they try to pop out from the other political noise now being aired on the television.

Commercial audio is a bit louder than other programme. The Reform Party took it to the next level and peaked their audio to the maximum, so its all crackly and clipping. Well, I have to admit, It worked for me. I was reading a newspaper and when the commercial rushed in I just had to see whats up with the ugly audio and here I am... talking about it.

However, the clip on Youtube seems to be with a different audio track than on television (click).

Required criterias for the project were Toiduturg.ee mascot involvment, catchy rock music and time limit for shorter version of the commercial. Final output was 2 different clips in lenght, seperate soundtrack and design for e-mail campaign.

Soundtrack and the mascot itself already reflected reasonably jolly emotion. Therefore, the visual side of the campaign needed to support the same, easy to use and fun angle of the whole thing.

The base for the project was a single *.jpeg photo that was layered into 3D space. Photo was not taken with intetion to animate it later. Therefore, there were some overlapping elements.

When compositing, added some lens blurred elements, to give it more depth, torches, characters and snow. As the main concept was not aimed to be realistic at all, it seems as all elements in composition have been ripped out from entirely different environments.

Found a music video that blew my mind. A video for an artist called Mille produced by visual FX studio UPPER FIRST. Too bad there is no making of video available, only some PHOTOS. Here's what the guys themselves say about this project:

After spending a long night in a dark, creepy warehouse full of mannequins, and many hours of spare time in front of your computer, this is what you get!

In this piece we’ve combined two of our interests, creative visuals and electro music, to create a music video for the up-and-coming Swedish artist Mille. The idea was to use projections on mannequins to achieve a different and interesting expression where graphics almost become clothes on the bodies.
